When I was 4 years old I watched my brother being born at home in beautiful home birth. This moment sparked my passion for the magical process of childbirth.

Since then I have birthed 3 children with 3 different birth experiences.
I discovered yoga in India as a teenager and have practiced regularly ever since. After experiencing the benefits of pregnancy yoga with each of my pregnancies I decided to train as a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher. I loved working with pregnant women and soon decided to train as a doula so that I could continue supporting women through birth and postnatally.

My passion is to support women to a place where they are prepared and empowered for the incredible experience of childbirth, and to continue to offer support into the precious postnatal period (the 4th trimester) which is so often forgotten.

I work in and around the Hastings area.
