Pregnancy Yoga

PREGNANCY YOGA

These are nourishing active classes that help to keep you fit and healthy in your pregnancy, easing typical pregnancy ailments and keeping you emotionally grounded. Classes are bespoke to the women in the group that day.

​

Classes include breath work, mindfulness and relaxation practices alongside yoga postures and useful tips for pregnancy and birth , as well as a chance to meet other mums to be and form a much needed support network.

​

Attending these classes regularly through your pregnancy will help the practices become second nature to you and you can then call on the skills during your birth. Evidence shows that these classes will help to reduce stress, anxiety and fear.

​

Classes are suitable from around 15 weeks pregnant (if you are new to yoga) and right up until birth. If you practice yoga regularly and would like to begin sooner please contact Mae to discuss this.

 

No previous yoga experience is necessary. All equipment is provided.

Cost: £13 per class, paid monthly upfront, or £15 if paid weekly.
